Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all catering agreements between Grillbeacon Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "Grillbeacon") and the client ("you"). By booking our services you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and a deposit (if required) is received. Timings, guest numbers and menus must be finalised in writing at least 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Final invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue amounts.

You must ensure access, power, parking and any permits are arranged prior to the event. Additional site fees may apply if access is restricted.

Where a major failure occurs you are entitled to remedies including a refund, replacement or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. This does not exclude remedies available under state-based laws.
